WHERE CAN I FIND MY IMAGES AFTER AN EVENT?

Images are processed and online within 48-72 hours and you have the option of a Facebook gallery for you to share with friends or a private online gallery which can be accessed above.

DO WE GET THE FULL SIZE, PRINT READY IMAGES?

Yes, you will be sent a download link once the images are online for you to securely download all of the files

WHAT KIND OF EVENTS IS THE BOOTH AVAILABLE FOR?

Anything really! Weddings, corporate, parties, pretty much any event would be enhanced with the booth available to guests. It’s always the hit of any party!

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

If you are a resident then a local bank transfer is the easiest but of course cash and cheque’s are always welcome. Credit cards are also no problem.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO BOOK THE BOOTH FOR MY EVENT?

Use the contact form above to enquire on the availability. From there we can let you know if the booth is available and upon paying a deposit you’ll be all set!

DOES THE BOOTH PRINT THE IMAGES RIGHT AWAY?

Yes, the booth has a built in printer that spits out prints as fast as you can take them! Different formats are available, 2×6 strips, 4×6 prints, stickers plus many other options. We can customize the prints to suit your event.

HOW MUCH ROOM DOES THE BOOTH TAKE UP?

The Photobooth is approximately 7′ x 7′, length and width and needs around 8′ of height. It takes up only a very minimal amount of space and will fit in at almost any venue.

DOES THE BOOKING FEE INCLUDE THE FULL SIZE IMAGES?

Yes, they are yours to use as you wish, print, share etc. Have fun with them! A download link will be sent after your event.

HOW MUCH ADVANCED NOTICE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

We need at least a few weeks notice to secure that our operator is available and to walk the site if needed. The booth can be booked far in advance for weddings and events. If it’s last minute pop us a note and we’ll do our best!

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO GET MY IMAGES?

Your photos will be on Facebook and/or your online gallery within 72 hours, sometimes sooner.

WHAT IF I DON’T WANT MY IMAGES POSTED ANYWHERE?

We respect the privacy of our guests and will give you the option of how you want your photos displayed or if you want them displayed at all. On the booking form, you may choose that you want the files only and do not want them posted on Facebook or in the gallery.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF PRINTS?

Nope, you take them and we’ll print them! Reprints may be limited based on the circumstances.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO EXTEND THE TIME THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT?

We would be happy to stay longer at any event. The only time this would not apply is if we have another event booked right after yours, however, this would be a rare occasion.

CAN THE PHOTOS BE BRANDED WITH MY COMPANY LOGO?

Yes, we can provide a custom design with your logo for the photo strips.

DO YOU WORK OUTDOOR EVENTS?

Yes, we are able to work an outdoor event as long as we have access to electricity and have some sort of cover (i.e. tent, patio covering) over the booth to protect it from the possibility of rain. We would not be able to be set up outside on a very windy day.

DO YOU HAVE A CHARITY RATE?

The booth is booked out for a certain number of charity events per year. The rate varies depending on the event. Please get in touch for details.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT IN THE BOOTH?

The booth can fit as many people in it as can fit against the backdrop, approximately 12-15.

DO YOU ENCOURAGE GUESTS TO USE THE BOOTH?

One of the duties of the operator is to encourage guests to use the photo booth. She/he will walk around and remind guests where it is located and will give the DJ a heads up when time is almost up.

DO YOU NEED ELECTRICITY FOR THE BOOTH?

Yes, a standard outlet is all that is needed.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, the deposit is 50% of your contracted amount. Please contact us for account details.

WHEN DOES THE BALANCE NEED TO BE PAID?

We will invoice you 1-2 weeks before your event

DO YOU REGULATE HOW MANY TIMES PEOPLE VISIT THE BOOTH?

No, guests can visit the booth as often as they like.
